Immediate need for a talented HR Business Partner I (Professional)/Talent Acquisition Partner. This is a 12+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Toronto, ON (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: CAD 35 – CAD 42/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Notes: BA required, minimum of 3 years of experience. Potential for hybrid. Must speak French!!! This is a recruitment role to assist in recruitment for permanent Client roles in corporate functions and IT. Review Analytics to drive strategies, proactive with talent insight. Have experience with complex ATS (Application Tracking Software) as well as LinkedIn recruiter and workday.
- Talent acquisition accountability for specified group(s) within Client
- Leveraging creative methods to identify and source prospective talent across various channels (talent pipelining)
- Engage with talent through various outreach methods including phone, e-mail, Zoom, LinkedIn and other channels
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications for current & future opportunities
- Develop effective relationships with both internal stakeholders and candidates interested in future opportunities
- Understand and effectively communicates the Client value proposition to prospective candidates
- Actively stay up to date on market trends and proactively shares insights with colleagues
- Seek out knowledge in relevant areas to increase ability to connect and expand professional network
- Attend recruiting events as needed to represent Client ”
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- High level of customer service skills and stakeholder management
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition .
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- French
- Talent Acquisition/Human Resources
- LinkedIn recruiter and Workday
- ATS (Application Tracking Software)
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a health care, life sciences, technical, scientific or retail environment.
- Fluent in French Language .
- Experience in customer service, human resources, business management, or field sales roles.
- Demonstrated experience building effective relationships and relationship management.
- Proven stakeholder management with an ability to handle ambiguity, stressful and/or confidential situations with savviness and professionalism”.
