Job Description: The Human-Centered Design Researcher supports senior researchers in preparation, conduct, and analysis/reporting of research activities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct UX research and independently design and execute moderated and unmoderated evaluative studies.
- Execute complex research studies or analysis as designed by senior researchers.
- Develop communication skills to influence user-centered outcomes.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Contribute to operational activities and processes.
- Manage correspondence confidentially and escalate issues as needed.
- Stay informed of practices, procedures, and emerging trends relevant to the role.
- Identify and manage risks, support research projects, and develop presentations for management.
- Analyze data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations to assess program effectiveness.
- Monitor service and productivity, and implement process improvements.
- Provide guidance and expertise within the discipline.
- Adhere to policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Lead small projects or initiatives as a subject matter expert.
