Pay Details: $65,600 – $98,400 CAD

This role is eligible for a discretionary variable compensation award that considers business and individual performance.

Job Description: The Human-Centered Design Researcher supports senior researchers in preparation, conduct, and analysis/reporting of research activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct UX research and independently design and execute moderated and unmoderated evaluative studies.
  • Execute complex research studies or analysis as designed by senior researchers.
  • Develop communication skills to influence user-centered outcomes.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to operational activities and processes.
  • Manage correspondence confidentially and escalate issues as needed.
  • Stay informed of practices, procedures, and emerging trends relevant to the role.
  • Identify and manage risks, support research projects, and develop presentations for management.
  • Analyze data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations to assess program effectiveness.
  • Monitor service and productivity, and implement process improvements.
  • Provide guidance and expertise within the discipline.
  • Adhere to policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Lead small projects or initiatives as a subject matter expert.
