The Role
We’re currently looking for an Implementation Consultant that will champion existing processes while looking to make enhancements where possible, documenting everything along the way.
You will also be responsible for onboarding, training and supporting our fabulous customers so that they can then start taking online orders.
Your Day to Day
- Ensure a seamless transition for customers from Sales to Implementation, establishing yourself as the primary point of contact. Build strong relationships and communicate effectively via email, phone, Google Meet, and in-person meetings.
- Champion and enhance existing processes, documenting all steps and collaborating with project managers to meet key implementation milestones.
- Be the glue between the customer and other team members, keeping everyone informed and moving along towards the shared launch goal.
- Maintain accurate customer files and billing records in our systems. Share customer feedback with the team to ensure transparency and provide accurate status updates.
- Report on customer health and identify areas for product improvement. Quickly highlight areas of concern to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and happiness.
What you Bring
- Demonstrates strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence others effectively. Understands customer perspectives, manages expectations, and maintains composure under pressure, representing MOBI positively.
- Directs implementation engagements, driving progress with structured and analytical approaches. Ensures smooth execution of project plans, coordinating with the team and managing evolving situations to meet deadlines and standards.
- Takes a big-picture, long-term view in planning, anticipating potential impacts on MOBI and its customers. Weighs options and implications, identifies new strategies, and is comfortable managing risks.
- Experienced in turning problems into solutions with timely decision-making in ambiguous situations. Uses logic, data, and experience to make informed judgments and provides guidance in troubleshooting issues.
- Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, effectively working with internal teams and customers. Facilitates clear and effective communication to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Experienced in guiding enterprise organizations through change, remaining calm and optimistic under stress. Adapts quickly to feedback, proactively suggests improvements, and prepares content to train others.
