Responsibilities
PRIMARY PURPOSE
The role will report to the EAM Working Sponsor and be responsible for supporting the successful implementation of TransLink’s multi-year Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program, specifically focusing on the deployment of Hexagon CloudSuite. This includes overseeing the integration of Asset Management (AM), Finance/Supply Chain Management (FSM), and associated business processes to drive enterprise-wide transformation. The incumbent will play a key role in the CMBC Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) project, ensuring the effective execution of prioritized improvements within the HxGN EAM Cloud Suite. This involves leading or contributing to the five-stage implementation process—spanning current state assessment, solution design, system testing, and go-live activities—to enhance asset, financial, and supply chain management across the organization. This position will represent the business needs of CMBC Infrastructure Engineering.
Key Accountabilities
Ensure business acceptance of technology solutions by aligning them with organizational needs and overseeing key improvements.
Manage a team of direct reports that will design, implement, and support process improvements while assigning project resources and approving project spend. This will involve recruiting and performance management of your team.
Act on delegated decision-making powers from the director, overseeing significant project expenditures and ensuring business requirements are met.
Represent business unit interests and concerns while leading SMEs to capture and fulfill business requirements, resolving conflicts when necessary.
Lead the execution of approved Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies, ensuring smooth adoption and effective communication of changes.
Determine user adoption requirements, provide hands-on training to various teams, and oversee change leadership efforts.
Participate actively in workshops and discussions while ensuring cross-functional collaboration and knowledge
