- Manage project and BAU tasks for Cloud/DC projects focusing on AWS, Azure, and Data Center Technologies.
- Design, implement, and support infrastructure solutions across global environments.
- Lead a team of engineers/analysts, providing technical guidance, creating and reviewing work breakdown structures and change plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Execute project tasks independently with minimal guidance from architects or customer contacts.
- Ensure security posture, system management, and compliance adherence.
- Deliver presentations, status reports, and executive updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, automation, and user experience.
- Maintain compliance with security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Cross-train team members as needed.
Skillset/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in Data Center Architecture/Tech Leadership.
- Hands-on experience with Public Cloud and Data Center platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and databases (Oracle/SQL).
- Experience leading medium-sized teams (8–12 members) and managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Experience in global, 24×7 support environments is required.
- Cloud/Data Center certifications are preferred.
