THEROLE IN A NUTSHELL
The AI CoE is dedicated to leveraging AI, machine learning, and automation technologies to enhance business efficiency and improve customer experiences. We are looking for an Intelligent Automation Specialist to design and implement AI-driven automation solutions that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance decision-making processes.
This role will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and data scientists to identify opportunities for intelligent automation, develop AI-powered workflows, and integrate automation into existing systems to drive efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand the business domain, processes, and pain points to develop automation solutions that drive value.
- Partner with business teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation, enhancing operational efficiency and customer experiences.
- Design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions using AI, machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and RPA technologies.
- Build and maintain workflows that integrate AI models to automate decision-making and optimize end-to-end business processes.
- Utilize large datasets to extract insights and develop automation solutions that continuously improve based on feedback and learning.
- Evaluate and optimize the performance of AI-powered automation tools, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Work with IT and data engineering teams to integrate automation solutions into enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and security.
- Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and enhancement of automation solutions to adapt to business needs and changes.
- Communicate complex automation concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Research and explore new AI-driven automation tools, platforms, and best practices to continuously improve automation capabilities.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in intelligent automation, RPA development, AI-based process automation, or similar fields.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML models, NLP, and automation technologies for process optimization.
- Hands-on experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate) and AI-based workflow automation tools.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other scripting languages for automation and data processing.
- Experience working with APIs, cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS), and enterprise systems integration.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and develop predictive models to enhance automation solutions.
- Familiarity with process mining, task mining, and workflow automation tools to assess and optimize business operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative automation solutions to complex business challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
NICE TO HAVEs
- Experience with chatbots, conversational AI, and virtual assistants for automation.
- Knowledge of low-code/no-code automation platforms for rapid solution development.
- Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in AI-driven automation.
- Bilingualism (French/English).
