For our new high-end, design-driven projects in the MENA region:

  • Hotel projects
  • Restaurants
  • Private villas

we are looking for an

Interior Architect (f/m/d)

for a full-time position, working
exclusively in service phases 1–5
.

Your skills – breathtakingly precise, design-driven at the highest level…

  • You have several years of demonstrably solid professional experience as an interior architect, ideally in the planning and execution of high-end projects – hotels, restaurants, or exclusive private residences.
  • You create interior concepts that have presence and pull – balanced in proportion, atmosphere, and materiality – visually bold, emotionally intelligent, and functionally refined.
  • You are absolutely confident in working with high-quality materials: you understand what creates impact, how materials are processed, and where they are best applied – no guesswork, but precise design on a top level.
  • Your presentations are impressively clear, visually compelling, and professionally staged – both analog and digital. Sketches, mood boards, and digital renderings: you communicate ideas effectively and with visual power.
  • You are a detail expert through and through: you design furniture, lighting, and wall compositions not only creatively, but also with technical accuracy and readiness for execution.
  • You approach interior architecture holistically – from the first concept to the execution drawing. Half-measures are not your style.
  • CAD is a natural design tool for you – not a necessary evil. You work confidently with standard software – ideally Archicad – and translate your designs into visually convincing, technically clean drawings.
  • You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and self-directed manner – and you communicate clearly and confidently in English, both written and spoken. You move effortlessly in international project teams as well as in coordination with clients, consultants, and specialist trades – professionally and on equal footing.
  • German language skills are a plus but not a requirement – however, we do expect a clear commitment to actively learning German over the course of the collaboration.

Deine Skills – atemberaubend präzise, gestalterisch exzellent…

  • Du hast mehrjährige, nachweislich fundierte Berufserfahrung als Innenarchitekt*in in der Planung von High-End-Projekten – Hotels, Restaurants oder exklusive Privatresidenzen.
  • Du entwirfst Raumkonzepte mit Sogwirkung: stimmig in Proportion, Atmosphäre und Materialität – visuell stark, emotional klug, funktional durchdacht.
  • Du bist absolut sattelfest im Umgang mit hochwertigen Materialien: Du weißt, was wirkt, was wie verarbeitet wird und was sich für welchen Einsatz eignet – kein Herantasten, sondern sicheres Gestalten auf Top-Niveau.
  • Deine Präsentationen sind beeindruckend klar, visuell mitreißend und professionell inszeniert – analog wie digital. Skizzen, Moodboards, digitale Renderings: Du bringst Ideen auf den Punkt und auf den Bildschirm.
  • Du bist Detailprofi durch und durch: Du entwickelst Möbel, Lichtlösungen oder Wandaufbauten nicht nur kreativ, sondern auch technisch korrekt und ausführungsreif.
  • Du denkst Innenarchitektur ganzheitlich – vom ersten Konzept bis zur Ausführungszeichnung. Halbheiten sind nicht Dein Stil.
  • CAD ist für Dich ein kreatives Werkzeug, kein lästiges Muss. Du arbeitest sicher mit gängiger Software – idealerweise mit ArchiCad – und setzt deine Entwürfe visuell überzeugend und effizient um.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und eigenverantwortlich – und kommunizierst sicher und souverän auf Englisch, schriftlich wie mündlich. Du bewegst Dich ebenso selbstverständlich in internationalen Projektteams wie im Austausch mit Bauherrinnen, Fachplanerinnen und Werkstätten – auf Augenhöhe und mit professioneller Klarheit.
  • Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung. Die Bereitschaft, Deutsch im Laufe der Zusammenarbeit aktiv zu lernen, setzen wir jedoch voraus.
  • Du willst nicht einfach mitarbeiten, sondern maßgeblich gestalten – und Dich in einem Team weiterentwickeln, das Exzellenz ernst meint.
