Our Government Client is seeking an Intermediate Project Control Officer to support procurement and project activities within the Supply Chain team.

Must Haves:

4+ years of experience and strong understanding of procurement principles and processes

Proficiency with Workday, Flextrack, and/or eSourcing (4+ years)

Proven ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders , with a customer service mindset

Exceptional attention to detail with organizational and time management skills (4+ years)
Responsibilities:
The Project Control Officer will collaborate with procurement and project teams to ensure compliance with Ontario Health policies. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing sourcing documentation, completing system entries in tools such as Workday, maintaining accurate records for audit purposes, and drafting briefing notes or related documentation. The role also involves creating and issuing purchase orders while ensuring accuracy and completeness in all procurement processes. This position requires excellent communication, collaboration, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
