We are recruiting an IT Trainer to join our team in Calgary, Vancouver, Toronto, or Montreal. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in learning and development, including instructional design, curriculum development, conducting training, leading workshops, and using AI tools like Copilot. Our employees benefit from a hybrid work environment (3 days in-office per week).
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining training strategies, policies, and standards.
- Creating new hire training curricula and coordinating with HR for delivery.
- Designing and delivering workshops and training sessions on new technology and upgrades.
- Developing e-learning modules and maintaining internal resources.
- Supporting end users and troubleshooting issues.
- Participating in testing and deployment of new software and upgrades.
- Leading projects and maintaining training documentation.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office; MOS certification preferred.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of adult education principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn new software and technologies.
