Junior Associate Director/Supervisor, Client Operations, Fund Administration

Job Responsibilities
- Provide a full range of fund accounting services to private equity clients, including NAV preparation, booking accruals, security pricing, and performing cash and security position reconciliations.
- Prepare portfolio pricing, ensuring all holdings are valued according to fund documents and valuation policies.
- Calculate and allocate capital calls and distributions.
- Prepare fee schedules, including management fees and waterfalls, observing applicable fund documents.
- Prepare investor allocations for each NAV cycle, ensuring correct booking of capital transactions and P&L allocation.
- Compile NAV packages and other ad hoc deliverables as per service level agreements.
- Handle other ad hoc requests and projects as needed.
- Communicate effectively with internal MUFG teams and external clients to meet all deliverables and requests.
- Assist with audited financial statements, audit processes, and regulatory services as applicable.
Qualifications
- University degree or professional designation such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, etc., considered an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Prior fund accounting experience is preferred but not required.
