Are you ready to kickstart your career in Finance? As our new Junior Controller, you’ll join an experienced team that will guide and support you as you grow into your role.

You’ll get hands-on exposure to budgeting, financial reporting, and cross-departmental collaboration, all while gaining insight into how a modern, data-driven mobility company operates behind the scenes.

This is the perfect opportunity if you’re analytical, curious, and eager to learn more about finance in a real business context. We don’t expect you to know everything from day one, we’ll help you get there.

Your Responsibility

  • Support the Finance team with budget planning and forecasts
  • Assist in developing clear and consistent cost center reporting
  • Help prepare data and documents for month-end closings
  • Maintain and improve internal reporting tools
  • Contribute to cross-team projects and learn how finance connects across the business
  • Get involved in preparing and aligning budget sheets during the budget phase
  • Collaborate with cost center owners to gather input and track expenses

Your Experience

  • You are studying or have a degree in an economic field
  • You are confident using MS Office, especially Excel
  • First experience in a finance department (e.g. internship or student job) is a plus
  • You’ve heard of tools like Tableau or LucaNet – and are eager to get hands-on
  • You enjoy working with numbers, are detail-oriented, and ready to ask questions and grow
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus but not a must)
