Precision Luxury Landscaping Inc. is a Toronto based landscaping company. It specializes in residential and commercial design/build projects including residential landscaping and commercial landscaping.
Main Duties:
- Take part in the development of designs together with clients and project managers.
- Prepare manual and AutoCAD drawings.
- Prepare listings of quantities of required materials from conceptual drawings.
- Create 3-D modeling and rendering of design projects.
- Understand and apply requirements of building codes, zoning by-laws, site requirements, grading reports, arborist reports, engineering reports, and other technical documents.
- Apply for building permits and manage the application process.
Skills, Work Experience and other Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- At least 2-year college diploma in Architectural Technology or closely related field.
- Good understanding of Canadian building codes, zoning by-laws, site requirements, grading reports, arborist reports, engineering reports, and other technical documents.
- Good knowledge and experience with AutoCAD, 3-D modeling, Adobe Photoshop and SketchUp
- Experience with applying for Canadian building permits and managing the application process is strongly preferred.
- Good oral and written English language skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
