YOUR IMPACT
Join OpenText’s fast paced and rapidly expanding Professional Services Customer Communications Management (CCM) team. We specialize in delivering mission-critical, multi-channel communication solutions using OpenText CCM software, including Exstream, StreamServe, Document Presentment, and xPressions. Our goal is to help clients achieve high ROI and exceptional customer satisfaction through innovative document automation and digital transformation.
What The Role Offers
As a Senior Consultant / Solution Architect, you will:
- Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and design tailored CCM solutions.
- Architect and implement integration projects using OpenText CCM tools, aligning with client strategies and digital goals.
- Lead technical delivery across the full project lifecycle for small to medium engagements.
- Develop communication applications and integration components using Java, .NET, C/C++, scripting languages, and Web Services.
- Mentor clients on deployment best practices and cloud-native modernization strategies.
- Create comprehensive project documentation including architecture, integration, and development plans.
- Work across multiple client engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and satisfaction.
Modern Technology Focus
We Are Evolving Our Solutions To Embrace Cloud-native Architectures And Modern DevOps Practices. You’ll Have The Opportunity To Work With
- Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
- Microservices and API-first design
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP (experience with hyperscaler technologies preferred)
- CI/CD Pipelines, logging, fault detection, and error handling optimization
What You Need To Succeed
- 5–10 years of industry experience with a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on experience with at least one OpenText CCM product: Exstream, StreamServe, Document Presentment, or xPressions.
- Strong understanding of customer business needs and ability to translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Proven ability to lead development and deployment of IT solutions across multiple technology areas.
- Experience programming for Linux/UNIX/MVS platforms, working with SQL, and managing Web Services.
- Excellent communication, time management, and consultative skills.
- Ability to work on-site at client locations (M–F, 8AM–5PM local time).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with UNIX, MVS, or z/OS system administration
- Familiarity with SAP or SuccessFactors
- Advanced knowledge of output formats: PostScript, AFP, PDF
- Proficiency in French or Spanish is a plus
- Background in graphical design or desktop publishing applications

Compensation: At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we’re happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off.
Salary Range: $101,640 – $166,980; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
