- Strong database skills (SQL, MySQL, Oracle) and a good understanding of the Identity and Access Management Lifecycle.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Superior problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in developing workflows, rules, and custom connectors in SailPoint IIQ.
- Onboarding applications into SailPoint IIQ using various connectors.
- Assist the offshore team with development, requirements analysis, design, and implementation of factory development.
- Work with the operations team and customers to identify applications suitable for onboarding.
- Upgrade and enhance the system based on new releases and patches, fulfilling new requirements.
- Experience with onboarding applications with full technical integration.
- Ability to develop workflows, custom connectors, and configure out-of-the-box SailPoint IIQ features.
