What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Conduct comprehensive executive assessments of senior-level internal and external candidates using structured interviews and validated psychometric tools
– Produce customized, clear, and actionable assessment reports aligned with the employer’s leadership model
– Deliver development-focused debriefing sessions to executive candidates and senior sponsors
– Provide personalized executive coaching and career advisory support linked to succession plans and individual growth
– Collaborate with HR and business leaders to integrate assessment insights into executive development plans and succession initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related fields
– Minimum of 7 years of experience conducting executive-level assessments in leadership advisory or executive search firms
– Proven experience with psychometric assessments and structured interviewing at the executive level
– Strong executive presence and ability to engage credibly with senior executives
– Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
