Job Description
We’re seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to lead a team of 25 maintenance professionals at our cutting-edge packaging materials facility in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency
- Managing budgets and ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
- Optimizing our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, ideally in a paper-based packaging production setting
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Proficiency in SAP or similar CMMS, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in team development and coaching
