The Manager – Data Engineering & Delivery is responsible for managing data projects and leading a team of BSAs, Data Analysts, and Data Engineers. You will collaborate with business units, EPMO, IT leadership, teams, and partners to identify needs and deliver new data solutions using agile and waterfall methodologies.

- Managing scope, design, build, and deployment of data projects such as EDLH Datamarts, data warehouses, Data Lakes, and Data Stores.
- Delivering data solutions aligned with the data strategy and transformation initiatives.
- Balancing data delivery with strategic data initiatives to support IT/EPMO portfolios.
- Reviewing development options and making recommendations on technical impact, feasibility, and effort.
- Guiding data engineering teams to implement solutions defined by architects and designers.
- Establishing standards for data engineering and proactively improving practices.
- Delivering ETL/ELT code for data initiatives and ensuring code quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implementing best practices for code management using Azure DevOps.
- Managing project documentation, including mappings, designs, schedules, and SLAs.
- Collaborating with teams to ensure smooth progress and unblockages.
- Managing vendor teams in onsite/offshore models.
- Estimating technical efforts with solution designers and architects.
- Understanding enterprise data warehouse, data integrations, and data marts.
- Tracking sprint velocities and delivery metrics.
- Identifying technical risks and maintaining status reports for leadership.
