Responsible for planning, managing, organizing, evaluating, and reporting on the day-to-day operations of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) unit in collaboration with the Sr. Director. This role involves participating in the development and implementation of departmental and organizational strategies, providing expertise on financial data analysis and technology integration, and managing internal initiatives to ensure effective revenue management and expense budgeting processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Managing end-to-end company expense budget preparation and reporting, utilizing budgeting software to generate insights for stakeholders.
- Creating analytics and reports to support hiring, pricing, and profitability decisions.
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and enhancing product line efficiency.
- Supporting project profitability assessments and revenue recognition processes.
- Improving operational efficiencies through process enhancements and technology implementation.
- Ensuring timely processing of change orders and vendor agreements.
- Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating staff.
- Setting objectives and supporting staff development.
Qualifications include 1-3 years of related experience (minimum), with 4-6 years preferred, and a bachelor’s degree (honors) required, with a master’s degree preferred. Proficiency in budgeting software, data visualization tools, and strong communication skills are essential. Experience in CRO and project management are advantageous.
The salary range is $76,000 – $127,000 annually, plus bonus. Please note the importance of verifying communication sources due to prevalent phishing scams.
