Job Description
Are you a dynamic CPA with insurance industry experience? Our client, a thriving Insurance/Technology company experiencing significant growth, is seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager of Financial Reporting & Analysis to join their team.
This role reports to the Managing Director, Financial Reporting & Analysis, and will focus on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, monthly reconciliations, creating financial statements, and more.

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, analyze key trends and variances to support decision-making.
- Treasury: Monitor short-term liquidity and forecast cash needs monthly.
- Annual Audit: Manage working papers and liaise with external auditors.
- Process Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance accounting systems and processes.
Qualifications
- CPA certification required
- 3+ years experience in financial reporting within the insurance industry or for insurance clients
- Netsuite experience is an asset
