Duration: 1 year (Extension/Conversion Possible) Schedule: M-F 9-5
Work Type: Hybrid (twice a week – any 2 days), 1 day overlapping with teammates
Pay Range: C$40 – C$50/Hr
Job Description
- Our client is modernizing its marketing ecosystem to deliver personalized, relevant, and timely communication to customers in their preferred channels.
- The Salesforce COE will play a critical role in transforming and modernizing owned-digital channel marketing, combining consultation and tactical expertise in 1:1 marketing best practices.
- As a key member of the Salesforce COE, the SF Campaign Manager will collaborate with Marketing & Business Units to deliver journey orchestration campaigns within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Design, streamline, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) journeys, including audience filtering in Salesforce CDC.
- Build and deploy campaigns using Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder, including developing journeys, templates, list management, forms, A/B testing, and automation triggers.
- Design and execute cross-channel SFMC campaigns based on marketer requirements.
- Configure audience entry/exit/re-entry criteria aligned with campaign goals.
- Oversee journey planning, execution, technical reviews, and quality control.
- Create and maintain responsive campaign templates adhering to brand standards.
- Perform QA testing for accuracy and device compatibility.
- Manage audience data using Marketing Cloud tools (audience builder, data extensions, API, queries).
- Troubleshoot campaign issues like rendering, links, accessibility, subscriber lookup.
- Utilize SFMC scripting languages (HTML, AMPscript) for dynamic content and personalization.
- Build dynamic campaigns with HTML and AMPscript.
- Train and guide team members on SFMC capabilities and best practices.
- Enhance personalization and automation through segmentation and dynamic content rules.
- Participate in campaign analysis and optimization.
- Collaborate across teams to meet campaign deadlines.
- Manage projects from inception to completion within timelines.
Must Have
- Minimum 2+ years of Salesforce and marketing automation experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of Campaign Management and segmentation strategy experience.
- Strong CRM knowledge and marketing campaign expertise.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Data Extensions).
- Proficiency in AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and dynamic scripting for email customization.
- Experience creating personalized campaigns using AMPscript and SQL, automations, and maintaining SFMC performance and data integrity.
- Knowledge of omnichannel marketing and applicable regulatory frameworks in Canada.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- 2+ years of journey orchestration experience in regulated industries like Financial Services.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Administrator, Developer, Email Specialist).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Knowledge of CSS (Inline, Embedded, External) and AMPScript + CSS for SFMC.
