Description
The Materials and Inventory Associate is responsible for label printing, all Inventory room tasks, kitting the jobs as per the label printing schedule.

- Create jobs and label printing as per the schedule.
- Create and record lot numbers for each job on the production schedule in the lot number log.
- Prepare all job paperwork including job file label, material picklist, LMR, LPR, job traveler and LAR based on the production schedule.
- Determine if process control is required. Prepare paperwork for required tests on each job.
- Calculate the device expiry date according to the procedure.
- Print product and packaging labels required for each job.
- Perform job kitting, Cycle counts, Inventory adjustments, inventory transfers, Material requests, Job file review and expired material management.
- Set-up and fill Kanban for production, re-bag the material as per the production requirements.
- Identify and lead in the investigation for any label discrepancy and inventory counts. Complete RCCA for any cycle counts discrepancy.
- Responsible for ensuring regular inventory counts of labels are completed throughout the year
- Maintain effective control of label inventory to ensure that all issuances and receipts are properly recorded and accounted for
- Make suggestions and implement process improvements
- Participate in process improvement projects (as assigned)
- Ensure compliance with ISO and 5S guidelines for Inventory and label printing.
- Train staff in label printing and Inventory area.
- Adhere to and promote the adherence to all Corporate, Quality and Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Required Skills:
- Completion of Secondary School
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Organized and can work under pressure.
- Excellent planning and communication skills
- Good computer skills and Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent Collaboration, Communication, Problem-solving and listening skills
- Previous inventory management or document management experience
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in label printing and inventory
