MECHANICAL SITE MANAGER – IMMEDIATE START – Stratford
We are currently hiring for a Mechanical Site Manager on a long-term basis (15 month programme) for a high-rise Residential project in Stratford. The role will manage direct labour, health and safety and be client-facing.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Be fully qualified with a trade apprenticeship or NVQ equivalent in plumbing / pipefitting
- Have a number of years’ experience on similar residential apartment projects, preferably in a Site Manager or Construction Manager role.
- The ability to read and understand drawings
- Diligence, Commitment, and a strong attention to detail
- Pride in their work, to deliver a top-class end product
- Manage subcontractors
- SSSTS
- CSCS Card
Daily rate or salary is negotiable depending on experience.
