Practice: Digital Workplace
Position Location: 100% Remote
Reports to: Manager or Director
Job Summary:
As a Consultant in our Digital Workplace Practice, you will play a key role in advising clients on the design, implementation, and optimization of digital workplace solutions. Leveraging your expertise in collaboration technologies, user experience design, and change management, you will help clients create modern, productive, and secure digital environments that enhance employee engagement and enable flexible work models. Your insights and recommendations will drive the success of digital workplace initiatives and contribute to the transformation of our clients’ organizations.
This is a customer-facing role where you will be responsible for hands-on implementation and delivery of Microsoft Cloud solutions. In addition to the technical requirements, the ideal candidate will understand the business value of implementing these technologies. The ability to clearly communicate solutions to our clients through formal presentations, documentation, and managing expectations will be critical to success in this role. This is primarily a billable delivery role and will work 100% remote.
Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Microsoft Productivity Consultant is experienced in planning, architecting, and delivering high-value Microsoft Cloud solutions to mid-sized and enterprise-level accounts.
Hands-on implementation experience with the following technologies:
- Experience planning and delivering M365 migrations, specifically hybrid and tenant-to-tenant scenarios including Exchange, Active Directly, Teams and OneDrive migrations, with occasional on-prem scenarios, experience specific to M&A and divestitures a plus
- Experience with delivery/configuration of Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and synchronization
- Strong Active Directory experience, including design, domain migrations, and assessments.
- Experience delivering and supporting Microsoft PKI solutions and integration with other Microsoft technologies.
- Experience delivering M365 Security solutions, including Defender, Sentinel and Conditional Access policy configuration a plus.
- Experience with Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS); Implementing and supporting Intune functions, compliance and configuration policies, AAD Connect, Autopilot and Identity Manager (MIM)
- Experience with 3rd party migration tools – AvePoint and Quest preferred. –
- Experience with deployment and management of Azure Multi-Factor Authentication and Single Sign-On solutions
- Experience with Microsoft virtual solutions such as AVD/WVD a plus
Strong written and assessment skills – Ability to deliver assessments of various Microsoft environments and assist in strategizing migrations and solutions.
Experience, Qualifications, Education:
- 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing Microsoft Productivity solutions, consulting roles, digital workplace projects, or related areas such as collaboration solutions, user experience design or change management.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and documentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
- A passion to learn technology.
- Provide necessary written documentation and knowledge
