Job Title: Director of Finance
Location: Coquitlam, BC
Salary: $165K – $170K + Bonus
A well-established, growth-focused company in the construction services industry is seeking a CPA-designatedDirector of Finance to oversee all financial operations and reporting. This is a full-time, in-office leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with a clear development track toChief Financial Officer in 2–3 years.
You’ll manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, internal controls, and a growing team, while playing a strategic role in scaling operations and supporting ERP optimization.
Requirements:
- Public practice background (Big 4 ideal)
- 5–7 years of post-practice industry experience
- Strong cost accounting and leadership skills
