Position Overview:
We have an opening for a certified Dynatrace Observability Consultant to join our team andwork with our clients to implement and optimize their Dynatrace solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design and build custom metrics, and create intuitive dashboards that provide actionable insights into application and infrastructure performance.
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct remote discovery sessions with clients to elicit detailed requirements for Dynatrace implementations
- Design and build custom metrics that align with client business and technical objectives
- Create tailored dashboards that visualize performance data in meaningful, actionable ways
- Configure monitoring solutions using Dynatrace full suite of capabilities including Real User Monitoring, Application Performance Monitoring, Infrastructure Monitoring, Grail, OneAgent, ActiveGate, etc.
- Analyze client environments to identify optimization opportunities
- Provide recommendations for improving observability practices and monitoring strategies
- Document configurations and deliver knowledge
