Gerrand Rath Johnson offers a challenging, dynamic, and team-oriented work environment. The applicant lawyer should have a minimum of 6 years of prior litigation experience, not necessarily focused on labour law but including the conduct of trials, arbitrations and/or tribunal hearings. An applicant with a strong interest in oral advocacy and hearing work is preferred.
The successful applicant should have demonstrated ability in managing their own practice, building relationships with clients, and supervising/mentoring junior colleagues.
GRJ offers a salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, and anticipates a starting salary of $100,000-$130,000 for this position. GRJ also offers a generous bonus system and is open to discussing the path to partnership within the firm.
