Description
A Principal Consultant Client Services at Arganoplays a crucial role in shaping the direction of the Client Services family. They are responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with mid-to-large clients to ensure their satisfaction, retention, and continued business with the company. They are involved in setting strategic goals, leading mid to large size client initiatives, and providing expert guidance to both clients and internal teams and providing advanced technical support andconfigurations when requested. They act as a bridge between the client and Argano, ensuring that client needs are understood and met. A Principal Consultant is constantly implementing and testing enhancements as well as new functionality. This position requires module expertise in the following modules: Talent Management, Time and Labor, and Absence Management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain regular communication with mid to large size clients to understand their needs, concerns, and feedback. Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Align existing client practices and procedures with validated HCM Cloud methods to solve client needs and challenges.
- Troubleshoot issues.
- Propose a best practice solution to resolve challenges.
- Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud functionality.
- Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them, through process or design.
- Configure the Oracle Cloud to meet client requirements and document application set-ups.
- Analyze and resolve functionality issues as well as proactively identifying long-term solutions.
- Lead and present to clients and internally
- Advise clients on options, risks and any impacts on other processes and/or systems.
- Manage scope and client expectations on individual assignments and inday-to-day activities.
- Lead and support clients with the execution of test scripts.
- Participate in internal forums for training, teamwork, issue resolution and innovative design.
