What will your typical day look like?

As a Functional Lead, you will:
• Lead the implementation of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Planning solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their business processes and objectives.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical design and configuration specifications.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
• Provide functional expertise in Oracle EPM Planning modules, including Hyperion Planning, EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service), and PBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service).
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including finance teams, IT, and executive leadership, to deliver tailored solutions.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure functionality meets client requirements.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and support post-implementation to maximize solution adoption.
• Stay updated on Oracle EPM product advancements and incorporate best practices into client engagements.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone who is:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM Planning solutions, including implementation, configuration, and support.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Proven experience leading Oracle EPM Planning implementations in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• Oracle EPM certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud EPM Certification) are highly desirable.
• Expertise in Oracle EPM Planning modules, including EPBCS and PBCS.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex business challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
• Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, reporting, and analysis tools.
• Knowledge of integration tools and technologies, such as Data Management, FDMEE, or REST APIs.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $84,000 – $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
