BAPON is looking for a
Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA)
to join our growing team of Pega professionals. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business-critical applications using Pega Platform. As a senior architect, you will also mentor junior developers, lead solution design discussions, and work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, performant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop end-to-end Pega applications using best practices and guardrails
  • Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical designs
  • Lead architectural and design discussions across project stakeholders
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and performance guidelines
  • Configure integration points with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, connectors, and services
  • Guide and mentor junior Pega developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Support unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

  • Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA)
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Pega development (Pega 7.x / 8.x / Infinity)
  • Experience with case lifecycle management, decision rules, data pages, flows, activities, agents, and reports
  • Strong understanding of Pega integration capabilities (REST, SOAP, MQ, JDBC, etc.)
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and develop solutions
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • German B2/C1 Level proficiency is mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA) or actively pursuing
  • Experience with DevOps tools for Pega (Deployment Manager, Jenkins, Git)
  • Knowledge of Pega DX API and Cosmos UI
  • Domain experience in [Finance / Insurance / Telecom / Public Sector]
  • German B2/C1 Level proficiency is mandatory
