Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Manage full carriage of plaintiff’s personal injury files from intake to trial.
- Lead case strategy, discovery, mediation, pre-trial, and trial execution.
- Collaborate with law clerks/paralegals to move files forward weekly.
- Achieve fair and timely settlements with a strong focus on results.
- Participate in continuous learning: legal updates, case law, conferences.
- Engage closely with fellow lawyers and firm owners on litigation strategy
- The ideal candidate should be bilingual.

- 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience (must-have).
- A litigation self-starter who thrives in a results-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organization, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- A proven track record of managing cases independently and owning outcomes.
