Our Pharmacy Manager is an integral part in reaching and sustaining this goal.
What We Are Looking For:
- Pharmacist currently (or eligible to be) licensed in Manitoba
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English proficiency
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills and confidence with business applications (Microsoft)
- Self-motivated, reliable, and strive to be the best
- Drive to grow pharmacy service delivery
- Someone who shares our enthusiasm for patient care and strives to find new ways to provide services to communities in need
What You Will Do:
- Oversee and manage dispensary operations
- Recognize opportunities to enhance patient care
- Assess and support new ideas and projects in the pursuit of improving pharmacy operations
- Provide professional pharmacist supervision in patient care regarding prescription dispensing and clinical activities
- Manage customer service and delivery of pharmacy services
- Support pharmacy team members
