Responsibilities
- Collaborate with European and American BD teams, operations, and product design to support the company’s strategic expansion into overseas markets.
- Manage DTC, ERP, and EMS systems, working with overseas teams to lead solution and tool selection.
- Choose components for internal design and development, ensuring seamless integration with external tools, and adapt to changing demands.
- Participate in developing and implementing department processes and best practices.
- Utilize outsourcing teams and external resources to implement solutions effectively.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 6+ years of IT development experience, including 3+ years in a tech lead role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and self-motivation skills.
- Excellent delivery, time management, and pressure handling capabilities.
- Effective communication skills for technical meetings with external stakeholders.
- Fast learner capable of acquiring new programming languages, big data processing, and security knowledge.
