Our client, Ryan , is seeking a Principal, Property Tax to join their high-performing team in Montreal.
You will lead and mentor a team of talented professionals , while fostering client relationships that will drive business growth. We are looking for someone who shares in Ryan’s client-centric approach to continue to build their practice above their competitive landscape.
- University Degree, College Diploma, or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, Business Management, or other degrees with an MBA, MST, or JD required.
- Should maintain professional designations such as Certified Member of the Institute (CMI), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), or equivalent, and keep active in professional organizations at a local and national level.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of property tax-related experience required
- Excellent knowledge of French and good knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
