Responsibilities:
This manager oversees three teams, one PC, and two print teams. These reqs are for the Print Teams.
One print team works on office printers and the other on high-value DesignJet (larger poster printers, etc.)
For the candidates, knowing computers and printers is good, but if the person is open and teachable, they can train them to do the job.
They have hired candidates who knew nothing and trained them, and now they are great agents. They have also hired candidates with College degrees in Computer Science and minimal experience, and they have done well.
All new agents will be trained to do the job, and hopefully, if they like the work, they will convert them to perm before the end of their contract.
Usually, if they are around after 8months to a year, they will start the process to convert them to full-time.
Customer Solution Centers are made up of teams that provide remote (off-site) service, customer access, and service delivery.
Technical teams’ focus is to solve various business systems and applications problems for customers, onsite engineering personnel, and Authorized Service Providers on standard, specialized, or complex systems.
Core: Applies developed knowledge of the job skills, company policies, and procedures to complete a wide variety of difficult assignments/tasks thorough understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job.
Works on assignments that are moderately complex and require ordinary problem resolution and independent judgment. Works under limited supervision and normally receives no instructions on routine work, and general instructions are given for new assignments.
Candidates should demonstrate logic and critical thinking.
Education: High school education or equivalent, or College.
Typically requires 1- 3 years of general experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
