Job Summary
The Senior Manager of Process Architecture for Service Delivery Generalist will lead process redesign and improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery operations, focusing on cross-domain cohesion. This role involves translating business objectives into process designs collaboratively with product managers, owners, and service teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in gathering process information from subject matter experts and translating it into documented process maps for clear communication and alignment. A customer-focused self-starter with problem-solving skills, proactivity, and the ability to develop creative solutions is essential. Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving process adoption is required.
Responsibilities
- Process Design and Optimization: Lead the redesign of service delivery processes across domains to improve efficiency and scalability, using methodologies like Six Sigma or Lean. Analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and translate insights into process improvements. Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Testing Strategy Development: Develop and execute testing strategies for new processes and technologies, including creating test cases, leading testing phases, and analyzing results for improvements.
- Change Management and Facilitation: Implement change management strategies, develop training initiatives, and facilitate workshops to ensure stakeholder alignment and process adoption.
- Performance / Risk Metrics and Reporting: Establish KPIs for service delivery processes, monitor performance, and analyze data for continuous improvement.
- Technology Strategy and Integration: Work with IT teams to implement technology solutions that improve process efficiency, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Culture of Continuous Improvement: Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of ongoing learning and process enhancement.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience leading process redesign initiatives in service delivery or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Lean Six Sigma or Lean Practitioner certification preferred.
- Proven ability to translate process improvements into practical actions and influence cross-domain teams.
- Experience facilitating workshops and aligning stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of KPIs and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and communicate proactively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in training delivery.
