We are looking for an enthusiastic
Junior Product Owner
to join our remote team. As a Junior Product Owner, you will support the product development lifecycle, ensuring that new features and functionalities meet customer needs and align with business objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals early in their product management careers who want to make an impact, while working remotely from anywhere in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining and prioritizing product requirements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to define product features and enhancements.
  • Help manage product backlogs, ensuring clear and actionable user stories.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of product features.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to iterate and improve product offerings.
  • Support in maintaining product roadmaps and ensuring alignment with company strategies.
  • Prepare product documentation, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track and report on product performance metrics and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the product development cycle.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (Fluency in German and English required).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic understanding of product management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on customer needs and problem-solving.
  • Must have the legal right to work remotely from within Germany (EU citizen or valid work permit).
