Product Owner

Your tasks:

  • Responsibility for a modern IT solution in a globally operating industrial insurance company
  • Managing product development in an agile project context (Scrum, SAFe)
  • Development and communication of the product vision and product roadmap while taking the corporate strategy into account
  • Obtaining feedback through regular cycles with relevant stakeholders to adapt the product strategy and improve the user experience
  • Domain leadership of an agile Scrum team including budget responsibility
  • Active contribution in meetings at team and programme level such as planning, review or system demo in a scaled agile environment (SAFe organisation)

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in economics, business informatics, insurance or a comparable degree programme
  • Previous experience as a product owner or agile manager, preferably as a technical product Owner
  • Experience in digitalization of insurance processes
  • Strong ownership of product development, realising the product vision and increasing business value for our customers
  • Very good analytical skills and a holistic mindset as well as an independent and structured way of working
  • Excellent communication skills paired with a strong sense of self-initiative
  • Very good written and spoken English skills (C1 level)
