THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing, and our Production team is expanding. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering finished goods that meet Aritzia’s standards for high quality, timely delivery, and competitive costs. As the Senior Manager/Manager of Production, you will play a key role in maintaining and supporting the Creative Design vision through effective production, strategic negotiation, and seamless execution. You will also support your team members’ growth and development, fostering rewarding careers at Aritzia while advancing your own.
THE ROLE
As the Senior Manager/Manager of Production, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the day-to-day operations of the department in collaboration with Business Support partners, aligning with corporate objectives, and promoting a positive employee experience and career growth.
- Establishing a world-class production approach at Aritzia.
- Understanding our assortment and business needs to develop a production plan that supports Aritzia’s growth.
- Developing high-quality products according to defined standards using industry-leading practices.
- Negotiating optimal production lead-times without compromising quality.
- Negotiating the best possible production margins while maintaining quality and lead-times.
- Ensuring excellent execution to deliver high-quality, timely, and cost-effective products.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate for Senior Manager/Manager of Production will have:
- Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in apparel production, including timeline management and cost negotiation.
- A commitment to learning and applying Aritzia’s Values and Leadership principles.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A dedication to quality and results that add value to the business.
THE COMPENSATION
The typical salary range for this position is $100,000 – $150,000 CAD per year. Final salary will depend on experience and qualifications. The role may also be eligible for bonuses.
