The Opportunity:
UnderSunwingVacations , we are looking for aProduct Support Manager to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As theProduct Support Manager, you will oversee the comprehensive management and optimization of product, content, and partner marketing, while ensuring alignment with business objectives. In this role you will drive strategic initiatives, strengthen partner relationships, and foster innovation within the Partner Development team to promote long-term growth and operational efficiency. The position reports to the Director, Product Support , and will be located in Toronto, ON .
What You’ll Do:
- Assist the EVP and Director with various administrative tasks such as preparing reports and presentations for meetings and business travel.
- Adhere to established administrative policies and procedures, preparing and disseminating communication materials for the department to ensure clear and consistent internal communication.
