- Act as a Level 2 (L2) Production Support Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, defects, and bugs during QA testing, pre-production, production, and in post-release patches.
- Collaborate actively with product, design, and development teams to support and improve Intuit’s micro-frontend architecture.
- Provide hands-on support (~70-85% coding) across different layers of the stack, focusing on the frontend platform and MFE ecosystem.
- Design, develop, and maintain tools, features, plugins, and widgets powering Intuit’s suite of web applications.
- Optimize React-based web applications for performance—implement techniques such as lazy loading, memoization, caching strategies, and Web Vitals optimization.
- Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient CI/CD pipelines by leveraging tools like Jenkins, Git, and automated testing frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, etc.).
- Build and deploy cloud-native web applications using AWS (preferred) or other cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) for scalable and resilient solutions.
- Leverage experience with build tools like Webpack, Rollup, and Babel to evolve Intuit’s frontend ecosystems.
- Partner across teams to ensure functional requirements, specifications, project plans, and test plans meet organizational goals.
- Contribute to project design and architecture decisions, influencing the future technical direction and seamless system integration.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the web ecosystem, working to resolve them in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Performance Optimization: Performance-focused mindset with the ability to improve app load times, minimize latency, optimize Core Web Vitals, and implement caching strategies. (Good to have)
- CI/CD Pipelines & DevOps: Experience with setting up or maintaining CI/CD pipelines, using tools like Jenkins & Git, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery. (Good to have)
- Strong problem-solving abilities to triage and resolve production incidents, with a clear understanding of web services (RESTful APIs).
- Experience working in Agile Development methodologies (SCRUM, Extreme Programming) and collaborating in cross-functional development teams.
