The IT Project Manager oversees all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring the successful application of project management methodologies. This role is responsible for project design, scope management, cost control, quality assurance, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects within Legal, Compliance, Government, and Audit domains, while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, track, and manage project budgets, plans, timelines, and scope.
- Oversee project resources, including staff procurement, motivation, coaching, and advising.
- Collaborate with functional teams to define business requirements.
- Lead development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with business needs.
- Define test plans to ensure defect-free products before User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Facilitate UAT, rollout plans, and procedures.
- Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses.
- Ensure the application of appropriate systems development and project management processes.
- Present project updates to steering committees or sponsors.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager.
- Proficiency in Agile methodology.
- Extensive experience executing projects in Legal, Compliance, Government, and Audit domains.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with additional project management tools and frameworks.
