Job Summary:
The Project Manager will provide project leadership for infrastructure deployment initiatives across insurance, wealth management, and client advice domains. Acting as both IT Project Manager and Scrum Master , this role ensures on-time and within-budget delivery, while supporting business and technology teams with resource alignment, risk assessment, and long-term planning. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of IT professionals delivering infrastructure technology projects.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, scope, risk, communication, resourcing, and costs.
- Manage project delivery for assigned applications and services; act as a solutions integrator balancing service levels, costs, and risks.
- Develop impact assessments, risk assessments, and delivery schedules.
- Report on project progress, health, and major deliverables; escalate issues as required.
- Track total cost of ownership estimates and monitor project budgets.
- Lead governance across project execution, deployment, and closure phases.
- Manage acquisition and deployment of resources, including financial tracking.
- Influence senior stakeholders and ensure strong client satisfaction through proactive communication.
- Stay current with industry trends, competition, and innovation ; identify relevant opportunities.
Required Experience:
- 8+ years as a Scrum Master
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technology field
- Expertise in MS Project, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- PMI, ITIL, or Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe 6)
- Technical experience with infrastructure and cloud deployments
- Background in theinsurance or wealth management industries
Required Skills:
- Strong project delivery and Agile methodologies expertise
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship-building
- Ability to manage large, complex teams and projects
Preferred Skills:
- Governance and risk management in financial services projects
