Description
We are seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to work in an outpatient setting to care for an Adult population of patients with a wide spectrum of diagnoses.
The candidate must be comfortable in working with the persistently mentally ill, personality disordered, and co-morbid populations, and within the framework of a community and recovery focused program. Caseload is shared with the current Psychiatrist with a possibility of on-call responsibilities in the future. Flexibility within a growing and changing clinical environment, and comfort with a collaborative and consultative service are imperative.
Free office space, secretary, telephone, fax and email.
May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA), including (subject to change) :
- Recruitment Incentive : up to a maximum of $10,000 (pro-rated based on FTE)
- Relocation : up to a maximum of $15,000 (amount based on location relocating from)
- Flat fee : $9,186.12
- Fee Premium : 7.98%
- CME : $3,000 / annum year 3-4 and $6,000 / annum after 4 years in the community.
