What you will be doing:
As a Regional Sales Director you will manage a team of sales professionals that includes both independent and employee sales representatives. Your ultimate objective is to achieve the annual revenue and profitability objectives for your region. Specific geographical responsibility will be comprised of aprox 14 individual states in the Central/North East with 7 independent rep groups and 1 company rep. Additional territory responsibility may be added in future as required.
