About The Role

We are seeking a Relationship Manager (Bilingual – English/French) to be a front-line strategic partner supporting CAAT’s national growth and employer engagement strategy.

This role is integral to the success of the Employer Services team and CAAT’s mission to build retirement security for Canadians. As a Relationship Manager, you’ll strengthen partnerships with employers and unions, guiding them through onboarding and ongoing engagement with clarity and confidence. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, escalation point, and service champion—helping to retain and grow CAAT’s employer base while delivering exceptional service across the country.

As The Newest Member Of Our Team, You’ll

  • Manage a portfolio of employer and union relationships to support growth and retention.
  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships and act as a key point of contact for onboarding, escalations, and ongoing support.
  • Lead employer reviews and present service performance insights.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to align on relationship strategies and ensure a coordinated approach.
  • Track and report on engagement metrics and develop strategies to improve them.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on research, data, and market intelligence.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure internal coordination.
  • Represent the voice of the employer internally while balancing organizational priorities.
  • Support the Senior Relationship Manager in departmental initiatives.
  • Travel occasionally to support relationship-building and engagement activities.

To Succeed, You Bring

  • A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the pension industry, with strong knowledge of pension plan design and administration across Canada.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in relationship management with organizations that sponsor pension plans.
  • Previous experience working with union leadership.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with the ability to communicate complex pension concepts clearly.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build partnerships with senior-level employer representatives.
  • High level of stakeholder focus, business acumen, and professionalism.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and flexibility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
