Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading, managing, coordinating, and implementing the daily scope of Janitorial Services at all store or site locations within the designated area or territory, across multiple customer banners.

- Overall Store Operations (Including budgets, profitability & KPIs)
- Quality Standards & Audits
- Training
- Increasing Revenue & Profits per Store and Customer Banners
- Customer Processes, Policies & Guidelines
- Support to other Area Managers as required
Planning & Budgeting
- Participate in developing and implementing annual plans by customer banners (schedules, budgets, add-on sales opportunities)
- Implement store-level budgets
- Develop strategies at store level for sustainability and profitability
Customer Relationships & Communication
- Build strong relationships with customers and partners (trust, service, consistency)
- Serve as single point of contact for store-level communication
- Address customer concerns promptly
- Support regional management in meetings with key stakeholders
- Conduct regular meetings and reporting on store audits and issues
Internal Communication
- Coordinate store-level communication with United Partners
- Set expectations, provide training, coaching & mentoring
- Participate in cross-functional meetings
Process Compliance
- Lead process initiatives at store level
- Manage store audits and process adoption
- Utilize United technologies for business management
- Support operational processes and KPI achievement
Cost Management & Controls
- Manage revenue, costs, budgets, and margins at store level
- Monitor assets and support new business transitions
Workforce & Performance Management
- Co-lead Partner performance management
Recruitment, Training & Development
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of Partners
- Mentor Partners and implement performance improvement plans
Additional Responsibilities
- Align daily functions with company mission, vision, and values
- Ensure compliance with policies and safety protocols
- Protect company assets
- Perform other duties as required
Other Requirements
- Address customer and Partner needs promptly
- Travel frequently within the territory
- Handle high stress and solve problems effectively
- Work flexible shifts on a rotation basis
Education & Experience
- Degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years in janitorial or operational environment
- 3-5 years supervisory experience
