Job Summary
This role involves leading, managing, coordinating, and implementing daily janitorial services across multiple store or site locations within a designated area or territory, serving various customer banners.

Planning & Budgeting
- Participate in developing and implementing annual plans, budgets, and sales opportunities.
- Manage store-level budgets.
- Develop strategies to ensure sustainability and profitability of operations.
Customer Relationships & Communication
- Build strong relationships with store-level customers and partners, ensuring trust and good service.
- Act as the primary contact for communication between United and the customer regarding services.
- Address concerns promptly and support regional management in meetings with key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular meetings and reporting on store audits, issues, and compliance.
Internal Communication
- Coordinate daily communication with Partners regarding issues and actions.
- Set expectations, provide training, and participate in cross-functional meetings.
Process Compliance
- Lead process initiatives at store level and identify trends and gaps.
- Manage store-level audits, process adoption, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Oversee inventory, inspections, and training programs.
Cost Management & Controls
- Manage revenue, costs, budgets, and margins at store level.
- Oversee billing, expenses, and asset inventory.
Workforce & Performance Management
- Co-lead partner performance management and conduct regular performance reviews.
Recruitment, Training & Development
- Support hiring, onboarding, and termination processes.
- Lead in-store partner training and ongoing development.
- Mentor and coach partners regularly to improve performance and engagement.
Qualifications
- Degree in business administration or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in janitorial or similar operational environments.
- 3-5 years in a supervisory role.
