Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with OBGYNs, pediatricians, and hospital staff
- Educate clients through maternity talks, hospital classes, and personal consultations
- Support gatekeepers and partners with training and program knowledge
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout pre-to-post sales journey
- Handle lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, and referral programs
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market reach
- Collaborate with Customer Support for escalations and client needs
- Represent the company in hospital events and maternity talks
- Maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and client documentation
- Monitor market trends and competitors, and provide strategic feedback
Requirements
- Min. Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 2+ years in Sales, Key
