What you´ll do

  • Define strategy and objectives at your customers in line with business unit strategy to ensure growth and meet our targeted budget
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels
  • Coordinate with application engineering colleagues to conduct line trials, (re)solves customer requests and complaints
  • Adapt pricing and commercial topics based on business unit guidelines
  • Project coordination focused on a specific market our Business Unit is willing to develop further
  • Establish / Reinforce customer relationship with the targeted market
  • Internal coordination with technical team, sales team and supply to be able to bring suitable product aligned with market/ customer needs
  • Develop and execute business development plan

What makes you a good fit

  • University degree in Chemistry, Business Administration, Engineering or similar
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in sales with international experience in adhesives
  • Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and experience interacting with large multinational customers across different levels
  • Willingness to travel extensively as part of the job
  • Fluent in German and in English
