Job Description
Primary focus: Salesforce, CipherCloud’s security gateway.
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of the Salesforce module within CipherCloud’s security gateway.
- Assess customer architecture and design secure, high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Assist customers with migration planning and implementation of CipherCloud for Salesforce.
- Communicate technical solutions and design trade-offs effectively to business stakeholders.
- Provide delivery frameworks to ensure quality and success.
- Facilitate administrator and end-user training and adoption.
- Architect integration of components such as encryption gateways, identity management systems, on-premise MTAs, security & archiving solutions, DLP, etc.
- Manage legacy messaging system configurations and migrations.
- Possess deep knowledge of Cloud Computing (SaaS, PaaS) and Salesforce, gained through industry experience or consulting.
- Experience with Salesforce web services API and programming languages like APEX and VisualForce.
- Lead, mentor, and train consultants on best practices for implementing Salesforce.
- Configure and administer various aspects of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
